Christina Caldwell

Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms. Caldwell served in a series of roles with the State of Maryland, including as Executive Assistant to the Chief Deputy Attorney General and to the Chief of Staff in the Governor’s Office. In these roles, she managed complex scheduling, prepared briefing materials and correspondence, and coordinated with senior leadership across cabinet agencies.

Ms. Caldwell previously served for more than two decades with the City of Baltimore, including as Administrative Assistant to the First Deputy Mayor, where she supported executive operations and coordinated administrative functions within the Mayor’s Office.

Ms. Caldwell is a native of Baltimore who currently resides in Northeast Baltimore City with her husband. Out of the office, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and grandson.
