Annie Milli
Annie Milli has served as the Goldseker Foundation's Program Officer since 2024.
Before joining the Foundation, she was Executive Director of Live Baltimore, advancing its mission to grow Baltimore City’s population and advocating for the importance of residential growth to a wide range of stakeholders. In that role, she commissioned landmark studies on behalf of Baltimore City, developed data analysis and family retention programs, authored strategic plans, and expanded both operations and organizational revenues. She served in the cabinets of three Baltimore City mayors and was appointed to multiple commissions related to growth and economic development, including the Baltimore City Tax Credit Workgroup, the CHAP Tax Credit Advisory Group, the Baltimore City Public School System Enrollment Task Force, Baltimore City’s Middle Neighborhoods Workgroup, and the Grow Baltimore Committee.
Earlier, Ms. Milli worked as an Art Director in commercial advertising, with roles at Siquis Ltd., Eisner Communications, and The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore. Her account experience includes US Airways, the Maryland Lottery, the National Aquarium, Bravo Health (acquired by HealthSpring/Cigna), and other national brands. Her campaigns have been recognized by the American Advertising Federation, ADWEEK, and the American Cosmetic Manufacturers Association.
A Baltimore native, Ms. Milli graduated from the Columbus College of Art and Design with a degree in advertising and graphic design. She later earned a post-baccalaureate certificate in strategic public relations and a master’s degree in communications management, both from Towson University. She has taught undergraduate- and graduate-level communications courses at Towson University, including speech communication, public relations writing, and public relations for nonprofit organizations.
Ms. Milli lives in Baltimore’s Arcadia neighborhood with her husband and daughter. She serves in executive committee roles on the boards of Healthy Neighborhoods Inc. and the Neighborhood Impact Investment Fund, serves on the board of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Maryland, and serves on Calvert School’s Buildings and Grounds Committee. She has previously held board leadership roles with the East Baltimore Community School (Henderson-Hopkins) and the Arcadia Improvement Association.
