Southeast Community Development Corporation

Southeast Community Development Corporation (Southeast CDC) promotes healthy, diverse, and vibrant neighborhoods in Southeast Baltimore.

It provides HUD-certified housing counseling in English and Spanish, rehabs and sells vacant homes to foster affordable homeownership, and invests in neighborhood improvements such as greening and public space enhancements. Southeast CDC also coordinates Community School initiatives that provide family stability services, advancing equitable development and stronger communities across the region.
