Johns Hopkins University

Johns Hopkins University’s Cummings Scholars Program (previously the Baltimore Scholars Program) provides full-tuition scholarships to need-based undergraduates who graduated from Baltimore City or Washington, DC public schools.

Recipients must meet Hopkins’ normal admission standards, and scholarships are renewable through graduation as long as academic requirements are met. The program aims to expand access to elite higher education for Baltimore and DC students and to strengthen local leadership pipelines.
