The Greater Remington Improvement Association (GRIA) works to strengthen and revitalize the Remington neighborhood through community organizing, housing development, and resident engagement.
GRIA develops and preserves affordable housing, supports equitable development, and advocates for policies that benefit long-term residents. Through partnerships, community programming, and strategic real estate initiatives, GRIA advances neighborhood stability, economic opportunity, and inclusive growth in Remington and surrounding areas of Baltimore.
